SHIPPING

At Night Parade we are currently using Printful for our print-on-demand and shipping needs. As such we are tied to Printful's shipping policies in regards to terms, speed and availability. Printful ships globally, but there are some counties they can't deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.

DESTINATIONS WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine / Russia / Belarus / The Gaza Strip region in Palestine / Ecuador / Cuba / Iran / Syria / North Korea

TIMING

Once ordered our products may take roughly 2-5 business days to be created, and as such, should ship in around 6-10 business days. However, delivery times are just guidelines and things like product availability or payment authorizations may slow timings down. If your order is delayed we will do our best to track things down and keep you informed.

CUSTOMS

Customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply based on your location. Unfortunately, Night Parade does not handle these fees and they are not included in your order total (unless directly noted). Please note that you may be asked to pay these fees once your order arrives or the shipping company may reach out to you for payment while your goods sit in customs.
